USCIS now lets you reschedule your biometrics appointment online. Pick a time, date, and location through your myUSCIS account— with new slots available as soon as 12 hours from now.
Visit my.uscis.gov and sign in. If you don't have an account, you can create one when prompted.
Once in, navigate to the case in question and look for the "Reschedule Biometrics" option.
Go to myUSCIS →The system asks you to select a Good Cause reason. Common choices:
No supporting documentation is required—but answer truthfully, as USCIS keeps a record of all reschedule requests.

⚠️ The new notice is only available in the system for 45 days— download the PDF promptly, save a screenshot, and bring a printed copy to your ASC appointment.
