Eugene Chen
Mr. Chen serves as Managing Attorney at Eugene Chen Law, PLLC. His practice concentrates on employment- and business-related immigration matters. He represents employers and their employees before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services, Department of Labor, Department of State, and various state and federal agencies overseeing immigration matters.
Mr. Chen earned his J.D. and LL.M. from Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA), and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas. He also maintains “Of Counsel” status with a boutique Dallas law firm.
